Mindful Wellness Weekend
Together, we shift the abstract into reality by developing wellness practices and routines for continued patterns of growth.
For you? There are many reasons this weekend could be for you. You may simply need some rest before, during, or after a major life transition. You may have specific life work you want aim to focus on. Growth is within reach for all of us.
Start with a weekend get away and create new practices to take you home. Come restore, rest, dance, put your hands in the dirt, take a walk, cook food you harvest, play with a very friendly dog or simply come be silent for the entire weekend. This weekend of wellness is shaped to your needs. The practices below are options for inclusion.
Weekend Purpose: A deep immersion of observation, restoration and integration.
Weekend Immersion Details
- Immersion days: Friday afternoon- Sunday late morning.
- 2 nights stay in our honey house (Friday & Saturday night)
- One on one wellness strategizing- not a cohort or group immersion.
- Whole food meals off the farm: Together we harvest and create light meals (5 meals included).
- Personal wellness strategies for returning home
- Call for details, questions, or to reserve your space

Nature creates a deep stillness in me. I'm a steward of the land and my practice is rooted in intention and gratitude. My approach in sessions, while gentle, is very direct.
