CURRENT BATCH: Fall honey. This was our only harvest in 2024 and this honey is far more complex than fall honey alone. It tastes like a mix of all the seasons. It's truly a unique flavor. 

Our honey brings you all the tastes of Michigan's native flowering plants. And then there is the beautiful essence of lavender in all our fall honey blends.

Spring Honey is full of flavors primarily from apple & cherry trees and wild raspberries. This honey is very sweet and very fruity. 

Summer Honey has beautiful notes of summer wildflowers. This is a smooth mildly sweet honey coming primarily from clover and star thistle. 

Fall Honey comes primarily from lavender, golden rod and late season asters making the flavors very robust, with a strong floral finish.
