mindfulness movement somatic movement yoga yoga therapy

This practice is designed for all levels in mind. We may develop strategies for our time together but mainly, this is a practice to support you in falling in love with your body, over and over again. We move slowly, intentionally and with deep appreciation for simply arriving to our mats with care and curiosity. Classes are tailored to your needs and open to all levels. No experience or equipment needed. Class size 1-4 people.  A cost sliding scale is provided at $35-$65 per person, per class. Classes are approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

      About your Instructor, Lacey Ingrao

In the early 2000's Lacey was trained and certified through Green Tara Yoga in Claremont CA. by Doug Moss and Gina Decker. It is through the traditional lineages of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga that Lacey was trained and developed a life long practice. Lacey now blends a variety of yoga styles along with the exploration of psychological and somatic effects of patterns and behavior into each class she leads. Lacey's been leading movement practices since 2007.

Lacey holds a M.A. degree in Transpersonal Psychology, with a concentration in Eco-psychology from Naropa University. As an Eco-psychologist her expertise includes nature-based therapies, edible landscape creation, transition work, rites of passage, somatic and mindfulness healing.

Lastly, Lacey is a full time farmer. She owns, operates and manages Bee Wise Farms, with her partner Adam. If you're ever in Newberry, MI stop by their funky farm store to check things out. I look forward to practicing with you.
